Stage-1 Clutch Kits Our Stage-1 clutch kits feature Kevlar friction plates and hardened steel drive plates which stand up to extreme amounts of torque. This translates to exceptional durability over original equipment. Billet steel drive hubs ensure they will not crack or break under extreme conditions. Well suited for medium-to-high output performance engines which need high spring pressures to connect torque to the ground. Kits come assembled with standard blue springs good for up to 150 horsepower. Optional springs available.

Diaphragm Series Clutch Kits Diaphragm series clutch kits feature Kevlar friction plates and hardened steel drive plates which stand up to extreme amounts of torque. This translates to exceptional durability over original equipment. Billet steel drive hubs ensure they will not crack or break under extreme conditions. Diaphragm springs have a lighter clutch lever pull and easier setup compared to Stage-1. They are well suited for stock to medium-output performance engines. Diaphragm kits come with a heavy spring to accommodate most horsepower applications.

Our 30-Tooth Power-Drive Motor sprocket increases your O.E. primary gear ratio from 1.352 to 1.533, which improves acceleration in each gear. The 30T Motor Sprocket is also significantly lighter than the O.E. compensator assembly which reduces drive train wear as well as increase throttle response. *E.C.M. recalibration will be required to retain gear indicator and cruise functions.

The starter clutches utilize 20% oversize rollers, and the idler gears are manufactured from cold-headed steel. End frames are cold chamber die cast and machined on precision fixtures. Our oil filter wrenches are made from aluminum and will not deform like a stamped steel unit. For stubborn oil filters you can drive a screw through one of the holes to “lock” the filter to the wrench. Splined for EVO/Twin Cam Filters. Our Stator Removal tools is designed for 45 amp charging rotors but may fit the other two-hole designs. Our main shaft tool is a ½ inch drive, one-piece design. There are no welds on this tool, and it is unlike any other tool of its kind. A narrow body massively helps transfer torque accurately to the right spot without having to use a monster impact gun.

The Bump Stop In high-power bikes the O.E. chain tensioner can over tension the primary chain during hard acceleration. The Bump Stop eliminates over tension from the O.E. chain adjuster found on ‘07 to Present Big Twin (Also ‘06 Dyna). The Bump Stop provides a physical impediment to the ratchet function of tensioner while the spring mechanism remains in place for proper tensioning. Made from high quality steel and black oxide coated for corrosion resistance. Machined grooves help to grind straight to make fine adjustments to the chain tension.

This new clutch called the “Gen II Multistage Clutch” is designed and built with the same robustness that MTC has used for over 40 years in making the best products in the racing industry. This clutch significantly reduces clutch lever efforts and yet improves clutch adjustability through its “multistage” technology. The new innovative design runs on engine RPM and demonstrates a quicker reaction time and more repeatability between passes.
