Gas Tank 2.5" Ext 01-07 Softails Carb Smooth Top

2.5” direct bolt on tank for 01-07 carbureted softails.

One piece tank features a curved bottom for a custom look. Smooth top, made for use with no dash. Comes with filler bung. Approximately 5.5 gallon fuel capacity.

Dimensions are: 23-1/2" Long x 17-1/4" Wide x 9" High. Tunnel width is 3-1/4".

These tanks are powder coated on the inside to ensure a clean sealed surface. There is no need to etch or use any other sealer. Minimal prep work will be needed prior to paint.

Requires the relocation of guages, indicator lights and ignition switch.

Requires stock seat modification or RWD seats are sold separately.

Made in the USA using 16 gauge stamped steel. Tig welded by an American craftsman.

Warning: all tanks are shipped unpainted. All gas tanks should be fitted before being painted to eliminate potential problems. Description Part Number
