RevTech 6-Speed Overdrive Gear Sets with Trapdoor and Bearings These complete gear sets have close-ratio 2.94:1 first gears and .893:1 overdrive sixth gears and come pre-assembled and ready to bolt into the original equipment transmission cases on most Big Twin models from 90-06. These kits benefit from all of the advantages found in the complete RevTech 6-speed transmission assemblies but without the higher cost. They include all of the parts found in the 6-speed gear sets as well as our RevTech forged aluminum trap door for strength and durability. Having the gear set pre-assembled to the trap door simplifies and speeds up the installation. They’re de-signed to fit into Original Equipment or aftermarket transmission cases and trap doors with absolutely no modifications. Complete gear sets include mainshaft, countershaft, split bearings, first thru sixth main and countershaft gears, shift cam, right shift tower assembly, shift forks, main drive gear seal and bearings, snap rings, thrust washers, main and countershaft nylon-inserted lock nuts, bearings, inner races, trapdoor gasket and a speedo pickup spacer.
