4" BORE BOLT-IN SIDEWINDER® BIG BORE KIT S&S 4" big bore cylinder and piston kits boost 88 and 96/103" Harley-Davidson® big twin engines to 100" and 110" respectively. These bolt-in kits don’t require any machining, rebalancing or engine removal, and include just about everything you’ll need to complete the installation. The biggest cylinder bore that can be installed in a stock crankcase without machining! See page 72

124" HOT SET UP KIT Ready for the ultimate? The 124" HSU kit will take you to the limit increasing both your bore and stroke. The included flywheel increases the stroke from 4 3/8" to 4 5/8". The kit’s cylinders open the stock 3 ¾" bore to 4 1/8". S&S Easy Start 640 gear drive camshafts are included! Kits are available for balanced and unbalanced engines. CTO allows you to select other camshaft and cylinder head options to build the ultimate kit of your dreams. Your crankcase will require machining for these cylinder spigots to fit. Fuel injection tuning required. See page 73 117" BIG BORE KIT The S&S 117" big bore top end kit, for 96" and 103" engines, is an economical route to big inches and increased performance. Use the stock crank- cases, flywheel assembly, and cylinder heads for a stock look and a smaller price tag. Crankcase boring is required to accommodate the larger 41/8" bore cylinders. Finish the conversion off with your choice of performance cams, fuel system upgrade, and tuning. Available in dished dome or flat topped pistons and in wrinkle black or silver powder coat finish that matches the stock heads and cases. See page 74.

107" & 106" BIG BORE KIT A low cost bolt-on kit provides big displacement! The 107" and 106" Big Bore Kits offer the simplicity of a bolt-on cylinder kit. Satisfy your thirst for speed! Bore is increased from 3.750" to 3.927", taking your displacement from 96" or 103" to 106"! The kit contains cylinders, pistons, rings and all gaskets needed. Fuel injection tuning required.
