PERFORMANCE KIT OVERVIEW FOR HD® EVOLUTION® BIG TWIN ENGINES SIDEWINDER® KITS

S&S 35/8" big bore/stroker kits are available from 88" to 103" displacement (See PAGE 22). We recommend the 96" kit for most applications, and it is our most popular. The 96" Sidewinder is also available as a Hot Set Up Kit, which includes the extra performance goodies you need to make the most of the increased displacement. (See PAGE 23).

89" STOCK BORE STROKER S&S has been making stock bore stroker kits since the early 1960s. They’re still popular today due to the excellent power gains for the money, as well as the easy installation. Stock bore strokers reuse the stock cylinders and crankcase, so the kits are economical to buy. Since they don’t require expensive crankcase modifications, they are also economical to install (See PAGE 24). To ensure maximum performance, we suggest the 89" Stroker Hot Set Up Kit that also includes an S&S camshaft, carb, pushrods, and S&S cylinder heads. Configure your own Hot Set Up Kit with the CTO Part #. 96" HOT SET UP KITS The S&S 96" Hot Set Up Kit is built around our most popular 35/8" bore Sidewinder® kit. In addition to the standard flywheel assembly, cylinders, and pistons, the 96" Hot Set Up Kit includes S&S a cam shaft, carb, pushrods, and all required hardware and gaskets. The top of the line Hot Set Up Kit also includes S&S Super Stock® cylinder heads. Kits for stock heads include S&S valve springs to accommodate the high lift cam. Configure your own Hot Set Up Kit with the CTO Part #. (See PAGE 23).

80" HOT SET UP KITS Boost your performance without splitting your crankcases with the 80" Hot Set Up Kit. The kit includes S&S Super Stock® cylinder heads, cam, carb, pushrods and gaskets. Installation is no more difficult than a stock top end job. Purchase pistons of the required oversize separately.(See PAGE 25).
