LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANT Y All of our products are warranted against defects in material and/or workmanship. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any product that has been abused, mis- used, improperly installed, or modified. Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Khrome Werks. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, a copy of the purchase invoice and transportation charges must be prepaid. Parts being returned without a return authorization may be refused at our receiving docks. The rights conferred by this warranty are exercisable only by the original retail purchaser of the product(s) returned as defective, and are not transferable to any successor, owner or other party.
