BIG TWIN 4-SPEED MAIN DRIVE GEAR AND COUNTERSHAFT ROLLER BEARINGS These rollers are made in the USA to JIMS ® specifica- tions from aerospace quality 52100 bearing material. Standard bearing O.D. is .125” x 2” = .250”. And with a main drive gear of 1.6290” to 1.6295” you get a total diameter of 1.8790” to 1.8795”. For a running clearance of .0005” to .0019”, lap case race to a size of 1.8795” (if your total diameter is 1.8790”). If your total diameter is 1.8795” lap to 1.880” and so on for oversize rollers. If using oversize rollers it is ok to leave out 1 roller, from 44 to 43. In some applications 43 rollers is all that will fit without force. Also, use for countershaft bearings with a standard bearing O.D. of .125” x 2” = .250”. With a countershaft size of .7545” to .7550” you will have a total diameter of 1.0045” to 1.0050” for a running clearance of .0005” to .0019”. Your countershaft gear I.D. should be 1.0050” to 1.069”, use oversize as needed. Sold in packs of 100 pcs. Use on Big Twin 1936-early 1977 4-Speeds Main Drive Gear. TRANSMISSION MAIN BEARING RACE Standard O.D. is 1.5635”, I.D. is 1.3045”. The amount of the press fit in the trans case will determine the amount of line lapping required to fit new bearing and mainshaft. Use JIMS ® Tool No.34810-84 to install race. No. 35105-52 - Use on Sportster ® and K Model 1954-83. No. 35105-525 - Oversize +.005”.

MAINSHAFT INNER RACE Inner primary race - pressed on mainshaft. Press on mainshaft with JIMS ® Tool No.34902-84. See "Transmission Tool" section. No. 34091-85 -

Use on EVO Big Twin Late 1984- 2000. Use on Twin Cam ® 1999- 2006 5-Speeds or aftermarket 6-Speeds.
