Hydraulic Lifter Converters Convert 74 hydraulic lifters to solids and still use factory pushrods. Easy and inexpensive way to convert to solid lifters. NOTE: Colony Stock No. 7515-4 or 7516-4 pushrods will work perfectly with these converters. Stock No. 8204-4
