TERMS AND POLICIES

Payment Terms: Mastercard and Visa are accepted for any shipment, eliminating C.O.D. fees.

Returns: Write or call for authorization before returning any merchandise. Returns must be accompanied with receipt of purchase. No returned goods will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice. Any merchandise accepted for credit must be in new condition and will be credited at your cost less a 10% restocking charge. Notice: Colony is a manufacturer of after market products which are designed to be used on Harley Davidson motorcycles. The word Harley Davidson ® and all words used in this catalog denoting model, motorcycle or number are intended for reference purposes only. No parts appearing in this catalog are licensed, sponsored or endorsed by Harley Davidson, Inc. ®

International Orders: Payments may be made by Wire Transfer, Money Order or Certified Check in U.S. Dollars or by Mastercard/Visa. All international orders will be shipped freight collect unless other arrangements are made. Shipping: Orders will be shipped United Parcel Service (ground), United Parcel Service (red label, blue label, 3 day select by customer request), Truck or United States Postal Service according to size and weight of individual order. We ship daily and prepay shipping charges on orders within the Continental United States totalling $500.00 or over net. Minimum order is $25.00. Back Orders: All back ordered items will be shipped to you within 30 days. Those backorders which we are unable to make complete within 30 days will be automatically cancelled unless notified by customer.
